Email us at Info@rentingvacationsdirect.com to receive your welcome packet, or go to our "List Your Property" page in the top navigation and scroll down to begin your subscription. Once you've begun that, you will receive your welcome packet!

How do I cancel or change my order?

Our subscriptions are for 6 months, as we understand that things change and at any time you could sell your property. We don't want anyone stuck in a year contract with something that no longer benefits them. However, if you have not cancelled at the 6 month mark, your subscription will automatically start over.

What is the point of this if I have Airbnb?

Airbnb and VRBO charge extraordinary fees to both the owner and the renter. When you are advertising your property yourself, let's say to friends, on your personal Facebook or Instagram, in Facebook groups etc, and you use your airbnb link, most of the time the person is going to book through the link your share if they are interested. BUT if you use your own private direct booking link, you are now able to receive the inquiry directly to your email, and SKIP paying the fees on both ends. We do not claim that we believe anyone should stop using those services, however, when it's you doing the work, why should you pay the fees on that booking?

Why can't I just post a regular post in Facebook groups with a description and photos?

If you do this in Facebook groups, you most likely look like a scammer. Having an official link (especially from a website that guarantees all owners are verified) gives you credibility. Anyone who is nervous about potential scammers is not going to trust anything without links. 

I only have a few weeks to book, because I have repeat renters that come back every year, why would I need this?

A professional landing page that displays your property isn't just helpful for potential renters. It's also a way for you to keep things organized and updated about your property. Keep your calendar updated so you can easily refer to what is available. Update your amenities as you add new things to your property. When a past renter asks what has been updated at the property, you have a place to showcase it.
